Department of Human Resources and Office Work – unit, which provides a unified documenting procedure and the selection and formation of a stable, highly qualified administrative and pedagogical staff, which is the main factor in the effectiveness and competitiveness of the activities of an international educational KazGASA.

Main functions

- Development of staffing plans in accordance with the KazGASA. personnel policy and strategy.

- Registration of the reception, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- Organization and control of the conclusion of labor contracts by all employees.

- Personnel records, the formation of personal files of employees, the maintenance and storage of established personnel documentation, the issuance of certificates of present and past work activities of KazGASA. employees, as well as the preparation of materials for presenting incentives and rewarding with departmental and state awards.

- Analysis of composition, study of business and professional qualities of KazGASA. employees in order to select personnel for filling vacant positions and creation of reserve for nomination.

- Organization of certification of employees, its methodological and informational support.

Organization and monitoring of staff development, training and retraining.

- Analysis of the composition, study of the business and professional qualities of  KazGASA. employees in order to select personnel for filling vacant posts and creating a reserve for nomination.

- Organization of certification of employees, its methodological and information support.

- Organization and monitoring of the state of advanced training, professional training and retraining of employees.

- Analysis of staff turnover, development of measures to eliminate them.

- Organization of control over the state of labor discipline in the KazGASA. divisions, compliance by employees with the rules of the internal labor schedule;

- Timely submission of established reporting on personnel issues.

- Implementation of the initial processing, preliminary examination, registration, accounting, archival storage, delivery and distribution of documents;

- Organization of timely consideration of incoming documents, control over the execution of documents submitted for signature to the President of the KazGASA.;

- Monitoring the execution of documents on time, regularly informing the President, the KazGASA. about the results of the execution of documents;

- Monitoring long-distance and fax messages;

- Storage of primary legal documents, storage and use of seals and stamps of the KazGASA.;

- Controlling records management;

- Organization of control over the execution of instructions, documents of higher bodies, internal decisions of the KazGASA.;

- Analysis of the workflow in the corporation and providing management with a certificate of quantitative indicators of office work in the KazGASA.;

- Control over the safety and correctness of registration and formation of cases in the KazGASA. divisions, organization of examination of the value of documents with a view to their selection for storage and destruction;

- Monitoring compliance with the requirements of information security rules and storage of documents containing confidential information;

- Registration of business trips by the KazGASA.;

- Compilation and development of the nomenclature of the affairs of the KazGASA.;

- Providing methodological guidance on the organization of record keeping in a KazGASA;

- Organization of advanced training of employees of responsible persons for office work, holding seminars and consultations on issues of documentation and documentation management.

- Organization of control over the execution of instructions, the process of passing documents of higher bodies, letters of citizens, internal decisions of the KazGASA.;

- Analysis of the workflow in the corporation and providing management with a certificate of quantitative indicators of office work in the KazGASA.;

- KazGASA. of the nomenclature of the affairs of the corporation in accordance with the requirements of the central state archive;

- Development, in accordance with the current governing documents, of reference and regulatory documents of the KazGASA. for office work.
