The main content of methodological work at the faculty is the coordination, control and analysis of methodological work in order to improve and constantly improve the quality of education of graduates in the areas of training of the faculty.
Tasks of methodical work of the faculty:
- defining the main directions of the faculty's methodological work for the academic year;
- development of a unified approach and ways to solve methodological problems at the faculty;
- analysis of methodological work;
- organization of the implementation of the work plan of the faculty, in terms of methodological work;
- monitoring and coordinating methodological work;
- study and analysis of teaching of individual disciplines at the faculty, the quality of their methodological support;
- operational solution of the current methodological work at the faculty;
- review of manuscripts of textbooks and manuals, methodological complexes and other materials of the University-wide scale, preparation and submission of them for publication;
- organization of open classes and control sessions at the faculty;
- study and generalization of best practices of methodological work of departments in other faculties of the University and other educational institutions: dissemination of this experience and others.
At the Faculty of construction technologies, infrastructure and management, the quality level of students ' training is provided by the wide use of modern methods of teaching and learning, as well as a variety of ways to evaluate knowledge, skills and abilities. In General, the educational process at the faculty is carried out in accordance with the state educational standard, considering its requirements as the minimum acceptable and significantly increasing it with their scientific research, best practices in the field of future specialists.
The faculty uses modern information technologies in the form of an interactive electronic board based on infrared scanning technology. The educational process uses application software packages (ArcGIS, QGIS, ENVI, AutoCAD, MapInfo, Easytrace, Pro100, Cutting, Basis furniture maker, BCad,3DsMax, ABC-4 Estimate, Project Expert) for various calculations used in diploma and course projects.
All are provided with standard training programs of disciplines, on the basis of which teachers have compiled working programs and the entire complex of educational and methodological complex of disciplines.
The organization of the methodological process is carried out within the framework of credit and distance learning technology.
